Emily Duke

Emily Duke (she/her) is a satirist, essayist, and writer of fiction from Bucks County, PA. Growing up in an area dating back to the 1680s has given her a deep appreciation of history and many inspirations for her work. Emily's fascination with unexpected twists and turns in her stories can be traced back to her childhood love of horror and suspense. When not writing, she has spent nearly a decade planning and managing events professionally--the majority in corporate and tech spaces. You can find her work in publications such as Slackjaw and The Belladonna. Emily currently resides in Salt Lake City with her fiancé and their Maltipoo.
